Eagles Cruise In Opener
The Eagles football team got the '22 campaign started off right thumping Osceola 40-8. The offense, powered by standout senior running backs Mitchel Avalos and Juan Rivera, came alive in the second half after taking a 14-0 lead into the locker room. The duo tallied a total of five touchdowns, while freshman quarterback Quentin Winans added another. The Eagle defense blanketed the Indians all night, with seniors Noah Neher, James Neher, and Collin Furr wrecking havoc in the backfield. The orange and black take the show on the road traveling to Rich Hill this Friday.

The Lady Eagles dominated from start to finish capturing the district title over host Liberal 15-3. Jasper will host the sectional game against Miller on Tuesday.
